Why we started
Social Kahaani started with a simple problem. Most digital marketing in Surat looked the same, no matter what the business actually sold. Same templates, same stock captions, same posting calendar, whether the client ran a restaurant or a real estate firm.
We wanted to build something different. An agency that starts with the business first and the marketing channel second. A third generation sweet shop needs a different approach than a two month old online store, and their marketing should not look identical.
So today we bring SEO, paid ads, social media, websites, WhatsApp marketing and content together under one roof, built around what actually gets a specific business found, considered and contacted.
We did not want to be another agency posting on your behalf. We wanted to be the ones who actually understood why your customers choose you.
